Franck Puget likes to pre-bait his areas whatever the season, in winter the impact of pre-baiting on the results you can achieve are even more striking.

Regular pre-baiting an area visited by fish with specific baits helps build confidence, the more often you prime, the more the fish condition themselves positively to your bait.

For this reason Franck starts to distribute his free offerings regularly from the fall on two or three very precise spots with digestible boilies in order to have the most effective baits possible once the winter arrives.

Of course the more the water drops in temperature the less he pre-baits,
but even during the winter period he starts pre-baiting small quantities between his fishing trips to get the fish used to finding and consuming his bait.

To finish and complete this strategy, small diameter boilies, preferably with liquid Carp food rich in amino acids.
